Capabilities — 01 / 05

Five disciplines, one continuous line.

Commonwear Group works across the whole men’s apparel value chain. Engage one discipline or hand over the entire program — concept through launch and distribution.

01

Brand Development

Identity, tone and positioning built for the menswear shelf.

We build men's apparel brands from the first idea: naming, positioning, visual identity, and the story a customer reads on a hangtag. Every decision is made with the shelf in mind, so the brand still holds when it sits next to everything else in the room.

  • Brand naming and positioning
  • Visual identity and packaging direction
  • Seasonal creative direction
  • Labels, hangtags and trim identity

02

Product Development

Tech packs, fit and construction refined from sketch to sample.

Sketches become specifications. We develop patterns, grade sizes, write complete tech packs, and run sampling rounds until fit and construction are right — before a single production unit is cut.

  • Technical packages and specifications
  • Pattern making and size grading
  • Fit sessions and sample review
  • Construction and finishing standards

03

Sourcing

Fabric and trims, vetted for hand, durability and cost.

Deep relationships across mills and trim suppliers mean we source to the brief rather than to whatever is available. Hand, weight, durability, and landed cost are weighed together, never in isolation.

  • Fabric and trim development
  • Mill and supplier vetting
  • Costing and margin modelling
  • Testing and compliance documentation

04

Manufacturing

Production at scale with consistent, audited quality control.

We place production with factories matched to the product, then stay in the line: pre-production approvals, in-line checks, final audits, and a delivery calendar that holds. Scale should not cost consistency.

  • Factory matching and allocation
  • Pre-production and in-line inspection
  • Final audits and AQL reporting
  • Production calendars and logistics

05

Retail Strategy

Assortment, launch and distribution that move the line.

A finished garment still has to sell. We shape assortment and pricing architecture, plan the launch, and place the line across retail, wholesale, and direct channels — then read the sell-through and adjust.

  • Assortment and pricing architecture
  • Launch and go-to-market planning
  • Wholesale and retail placement
  • Sell-through review and replenishment
